- Bust: measure around the fullest part, keeping the tape level.
- Waist: measure around your natural waist without pulling the tape tight.
- Hips: measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Compare these measurements with the individual dress guide. Body measurements and garment measurements are different. Check the dress length, fabric stretch and fit notes, and contact us if you are between sizes.
Size charts vary by style. Use the measurements on the individual product page; we never invent missing measurements.

How much does delivery cost?
Free UK delivery on all orders. Estimated delivery: 4–7 working days from placing your order. No minimum order value. Express delivery is not available.

Are sizes identical across all dresses?
No. Sizing can vary between styles and suppliers, so use the measurements on the specific product page rather than relying only on the UK size label.
How much is UK delivery?
UK delivery is free on all orders. Express delivery is not available.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 4–7 working days from placing your order. Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.
Where are orders dispatched from?
Orders are dispatched directly by our third-party fulfilment partner in China. Petopet remains your seller and point of contact.
Will I receive tracking?
Where tracking is available, it is emailed after dispatch. It may take a few days for the first tracking movement to appear.
Can I return a dress?
You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days after delivery. Email support@petopet.store before sending anything so we can provide the correct instructions and return address. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Will the colour look exactly the same?
We aim to represent colours accurately, but screen settings and lighting can cause small differences.
