About us

Petopet is operated by Tymur Kvitko. Customer support: support@petopet.store.

These terms apply to orders through this store. Nothing limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited under UK consumer law.

Products and sizing

We take reasonable care to describe dresses accurately. Colour may vary slightly because of screen and lighting differences. Measurements and fit information are approximate unless stated otherwise. Check the individual size guide, material, stretch and care information before ordering.

Orders

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate checkout information. Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt; the contract is formed when we send dispatch confirmation unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Before dispatch we may decline or cancel where payment cannot be authorised, delivery or stock is unavailable, or there is an obvious error. Any payment taken will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes where required. Standard UK delivery costs £4.99 and is free on orders of £50 or more. Express delivery costs £6.99 when available. Payment is processed using the methods offered at checkout.

Fulfilment and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days and dispatched directly by a fulfilment partner in China. Standard delivery usually takes a further 4–7 working days. Petopet remains responsible for customer service and applicable consumer obligations.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

Our voluntary change-of-mind return window is 30 days after delivery. Contact support before sending a return so we can provide the correct address and instructions. Customers pay direct return postage for change-of-mind returns. Statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights are unaffected.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or breach of statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or business losses where you buy as a consumer.

Complaints

Email support@petopet.store with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review it fairly and may request information reasonably needed to investigate.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings available elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
