Information we process

Depending on how you use the store, we may process your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery address, order and transaction details, support messages, device and browser information, IP address, cookie identifiers and site-usage information. Payment providers process full payment-card details; never send card details by email or contact form.

How and why we use information

  • Contract: payment, order fulfilment, delivery updates, returns and order support.
  • Legitimate interests: security, fraud prevention, service improvement and appropriate business records, where not overridden by your rights.
  • Legal obligation: tax, accounting, consumer-protection and other legal requirements.
  • Consent where required: optional marketing, analytics and advertising cookies. Consent can be withdrawn.

Who receives information

We share only what is reasonably needed with Shopify, payment and fraud-prevention providers, analytics or advertising providers where enabled, customer-support tools, and fulfilment and delivery partners.

Shopify

Shopify hosts our store and processes information to provide the storefront and checkout. Read the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy or use the Shopify Privacy Portal.

International transfers

Some providers or fulfilment partners may process information outside the UK. Where required, we rely on an adequacy regulation, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or another lawful safeguard.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for fulfilment, support, fraud prevention, disputes and legal, tax or accounting obligations.

Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, and may withdraw consent. We may verify identity.

Cookies

Necessary cookies support the basket, checkout, security and fraud prevention. Where required, optional analytics or advertising technologies are used only after the appropriate privacy choice.

Complaints

Contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
