Delivery area

We currently accept orders for United Kingdom delivery addresses available at checkout.

Delivery cost

Standard UK delivery costs £4.99 and is free on orders of £50 or more. Express delivery costs £6.99 when available. Any applicable charge is shown before payment.

Where orders are dispatched from

Orders are fulfilled by a third-party fulfilment partner and dispatched directly from China. Petopet remains your contracting seller and point of contact.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery after dispatch usually takes a further 4–7 working days, giving a usual total estimate of 5–9 working days from the order date. Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Unless a different timeframe is agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is made.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, we send it after dispatch. It can take a few days to show its first movement.

Address changes

Check your delivery address before ordering. Email support@petopet.store immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfilment begins.

Delayed, missing or damaged parcels

Contact us with your order number if an order is late, tracking has stopped updating or a parcel arrives damaged. Petopet remains responsible for the goods until delivered to you or a person you nominate, except where you independently arrange a carrier not offered by us.
